Butterfly

BUTTERFLY
A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could, and it could go no further.
So the man decided to help the butterfly. He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.
Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly. What the man, in his kindness and haste, did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were God's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.
Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our lives. If God allowed us to go through our lives without any obstacles, it would cripple us.

"We would not be as strong as what we could have been. We could never fly! "

Live Life Happily

I know it has been months now that i have writeen about anything and what I am goign to writes is the same thing which i have writeen in Professional and Personal relationship clashes a months back .
Many of us live our lives like a machine working on and on nonstop like a mission to be accomplished in life. We toil hard, work late and avoid the little fun and happiness and keep our loved ones waiting. Sadly, I have seen many people who put off their loved ones for so long that the loved ones lose interest in maintaining the relationship. Often we convince ourselves that our obsession with our to do list is only temporary and we think that when we finish it, we will be calm, relaxed and happy. But in reality that rarely happens. As items are chucked-off from the list, new ones simply replace them, isn't it??
There will always be phone calls that need to be made, projects to complete and work to be done as these we think attributes to our success. It means your time is in demand.Regardless of who you are or what you do, however remember that nothing is more important than your own sense of happiness and inner peace and that of your loved ones. If you are obsessed of getting everything done, you will never have a sense of well being. In reality almost everything can wait. Very little in our work lives truly falls in to the emergency category. Its all in the mind. If you plan and implement the time management properly and stay focused on your work, it will all get done in due time.I remind myself frequently that the purpose of life isn't to get it all done but to enjoy each step along the way and live a life filled with love. Its far easier for me to control my obsession with completing my list of things to do. .I am trying to valued my personal life more than my Professional life. I have always seen that my business is a source of earning for fulfilling the happiness of myself and my family and not as a source of earning more and more riches just for the purpose of becoming wealthy. What's the point of being wealthy if it doesn't contribute to our happiness. God has not send us on earth just to toil hard, work 24x7, gather wealth and neglect everything else.Remember, when we will die, there will still be unfinished business to take care of and you know what? Someone else will do it in your absence. Don't waste any more precious moments of your life regretting the inevitable. Learn to balance your professional life and personal life and see to it that the professional commitments do not disturb your personal life frequently and it is this commitment of yours which will make you truly successful and happy in life.Friends, after all what matters in the end is how you live your life and not how much you live, isn't it?

Life .....and its missing keys

Hi Guys it has been a month or so i have updated my blog....i know the blog is not much popular as others just was not getting what to write about. Yesterday while glimpsing paper ,got a idea to write about Life and it's.... Missing Keys .I am writing about it as we all have forgot to smile the most precious gift to us..dont want to write some philosophical things about Life ....as it intself is a huge topic and I think i am not the perfect person to give a lessons :) ......on it but.. have we ever realized or thaught about doing undo (ctrl+ z) in for the moments happening in our life .

Imagine you got up late oneday and you are already very late for your office and your car key is missing .... (i know may of us will use slang language at that time ) but at that moment we just think kash Ctrl + F kar pata (key use to find any thing on ur PC) .....Most of us in our daily routine either travel by bus or one of the most convinient mode of transport in amchi Mumbai ....the life line of the city yes the Train....its so crowded during rush hour and if someone is not able to get anywhere near a comfortable seat or somewhere near a nice glimpse of someone we think shayad koi aisa tool Life main hota jisey "clear" or "zoom and view full screen " option hota to travelling kitna simple ho jata .While listening to one of a quip (joke) on idiot box where after 10 years of marriage wife and husband realize that they are mismatch for each other ....a thaught pass in my mind i wish they both has a option of "sample download " or " free 6 months trial period" .... what a nice thaught heheh :) .....imagine after few years u realize you are turning bald .....then either u will go to a clinic where they will provide u a treatment for it ...but after few days you realize nothing is working then you wish there was (Ctrl+ c ) copy and (Ctrl+ p) paste keys in life ..... i know its very sarcastic joke . i hope everone likes what i have writeen just an attempt to put a smile :) cheers.................

New Year Resolution........do we keeep it ....and for how long ?

We are at the brink of the yearend and we look behind and see how this year went ...does it went according to our plan or does it go haywire...most of us will think not again a stupid views on resoultion (but guys at year end we all of look behind and look how the year went and make our future plans or make few resoulution to make the things right dont we....)We all will be trying either to change old habits, create a new hobby ,exp, lore new places where we never visited, work harder, spend more time with family, quit drinking, smoking, loose weight etc...etc all this new year resoluteness will be forgotten by most of us even before the first month is over.
New Year is a time where we review our past and plan for future, but for the change to happen there should be a long term commitment ( but we all hardly stick to it ) but if we plan to change the lifelong habit it will take a maximum time to change it and for that it requires a commitment to heart . If we are really commited in achieving our new year resolution we have to first change our habit of calling it a new year resolution. It should be like a thing which we have to do in our normal routine like living, dining with it ..like in every step u are getting nearer to achieving it ...like a living resolution and only if we are so dedicated then only we can achieve our living resolution isn't it ? and the living resolution should not vanish from our mind as January ends..mmm also planning to make a living resolution this year which i hope i stick to it.So guys be natural to ur self this year and make your new year resolution...opps sorry your living resoultion become a part of your life longer than January cheers Happy New Year .

Personal and Professional Relationship Clash....is it happening?

We all of us have now entered into a corporate world (applicable to freshers only ) not in full extent but we have put our first step towards this dirty and mean industry which in future is going to teach some or other thing. But my question of writing about this topic is does our tight work schedule put strain on our personal relationship i.e. with our family, friends etc...? or not.Now a days we all are so busy that we get hardly any time to spend with our family we work whole week and think on Saturday and Sunday (when it is usually off for most of us) we will spend it with our parents, brother, sister etc but do we really get time on those days also ? some or other work is bound to come on that particular day .Some people don't get time to spend with there loved ones they are so engrossed in there professional life that they hardly get any time to spare for there family...and like this many relationship comes to an end .. we strive so hard in order to live a comfortable and nice life with our loved one but our that effort only is taking us away from our loved ones...? isn't it...so can we say that the our hectic professional life is fading the colour of personal relationship....? Same thing happen with our professional life also we think we will give maximum time to our work but due to some or other personal issues we are unable to achieve our weekly targets .Some people have even taken a drastic step such as suicide and even they go into depression as they are unable to cope the stress they face due to clashes between there personal and professional life...Is Suicide only the solution to deal with such problem...? Counselling is the best solution for it but many people fear that if they go for counselling there personal life will be a open book in front of strangers...which many of us don't want and many of us take such a drastic step.I think we should talk about it with our loved ones as it is said "Share joy is double joy and share sorrow is half sorrow"

What is Life ?

What is Life ?...it sounds funny to ask that question...offcourse we all know what is meant by word "life" but how would you define it .... NO I am not talking about animals, birds or other living creatures its a genral question which we all face when we are faced or we are in trouble ....we ask to our conscience one question only.... is this a life for what we strive so hard for...?or god why me only of all others....? but we dont try to find out why it happen and why are we facing this situation..insted of answering it we blame others.....But really friend What is life? is it spending our entire life for our loved ones welfare and happiness over our happiness or just be oneself and spend each day as it comes.....which is true for most of us :)

"Challenges are what makes life intresting overcoming them is what makes life meanigful" -Joshua J Marine
